Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the AI Congratulations Generator API (the “Service”) operated by Dankon Corporation (“us,” “we,” or “our”).

Acceptance of Terms

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you do not have permission to access the Service.

Service Access

The Free Plan is instantly available and does not require payment or contact. You will receive up to 100 API requests per month, ideal for testing and personal experimentation.

To activate Pro Plan & Pay-per-Call Option, you must contact us via our form or email. We will issue a payment invoice. Upon successful payment, API access details will be sent to your email.

Service Plans and Billing

Pro Plan

The Pro Plan costs $2,000 per month and includes 10,000 API requests per month. All requests must be used within the 30-day billing cycle. Unused requests do not carry over to the next month.

Pay-per-Call Option


The Pay-per-Call Option is offered for flexible, usage-based billing at $0.20 per request, with no fixed subscription. To initiate this option, customers must contact us through the contact information provided on our website at https://dankon.co/contact-us/ and provide an accurate estimate of the number of API calls they intend to make per month. We will calculate the total amount due and issue an invoice accordingly. API access will be granted via email only upon receipt of full payment. Customers acknowledge and agree that usage must be completed within one month of activation, and any unused credits will not carry over to subsequent periods. The customer further agrees to provide truthful and complete information regarding expected usage to ensure accurate billing.

Payment and Refunds


All payments for the Pro Plan and Pay-per-Call options are due upon receipt of the invoice. API access will be activated only after successful payment. Payments are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. Customers are encouraged to carefully review their expected usage prior to making payment.

Usage Restrictions

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that might harm, abuse, or otherwise interfere with our Service or the experience of other users. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Using the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks.
  • Engaging in any activity that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for any reason, including if you breach the Terms. Except in cases of urgent violations or security concerns, we will provide prior notice to the customer before suspension or termination. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Any prepaid fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law, but we may, at our discretion, offer pro-rated credits or refunds in specific circumstances.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of their Service, or the information, content, or materials included therein. You expressly agree that your use of the Service is at your sole risk.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Dankon Corporation, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Dankon Corporation and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Dankon Corporation.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days’ notice before any new terms take effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

Refund Policy and Fund Returns

We are committed to providing a high-quality service. While our Pro Plan and Pay-per-Call options are generally non-refundable due to the immediate allocation of resources and API requests upon payment, we may consider refunds or credits under specific, exceptional circumstances (e.g., significant unresolvable service errors on our part, or as required by applicable law). All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

If a refund is approved and deemed applicable, we offer the following options for returning funds to the client, subject to our discretion and the specific circumstances of the refund:

  • Original Payment Method: Funds will be returned directly to the credit card, bank account, or other payment method initially used by the client for the transaction. This is our primary method for refunds. Processing times may vary depending on financial institutions.
  • Account Credit: The approved refund amount can be applied as a credit to the client’s account with Dankon Corporation. This credit can then be used for future API requests, plan upgrades, or other services we offer. This option may be offered particularly if the client intends to continue using our services.
  • Bank Transfer (ACH/Wire): For certain situations, or if the original payment method is no longer available or suitable, funds may be transferred directly to the client’s designated bank account via ACH (for domestic transfers) or wire transfer (for international or larger amounts). The client will be required to provide necessary bank details for this process. Any associated bank transfer fees may be deducted from the refund amount or borne by us, at our sole discretion.

Please note that for Pro Plan subscriptions, unused API requests at the end of a billing cycle do not carry over to the next month and are not eligible for refunds. For Pay-per-Call options, unused credits after one month of activation do not roll over and are not eligible for refunds.
